Karina received her university degree from Yerevan Institute of Foreign Languages. In 2000 . She has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in a number of major Russian and foreign companies. Karina has been working at Avenir since 2003. She joined Avenir as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and in 2006 she was promoted to the position of the General Director of Avenir (Moscow).
Karina is co-founder of BpoCom, Deputy General Director and Board Director, responsible for business development and business administration, developing of customer policies and control on services quality and customers satisfaction.
Karina is proficient in Russian, English and Armenian.
