Thomas D. Nastas is founder of Innovative Ventures Inc (IVI, http://www.IVIpe.com), Lansing, Michigan and Moscow, Russia. Mr. Nastas was General Partner, Chief Investment Officer/Managing Director and/or Senior Advisor in the creation of venture funds in the US, Canada, Europe, Africa, CEE and the CIS with total capitalization of $750 million. Mr. Nastas is Independent Director, Board of Directors, Sotsgorbank, the Independent Directors Association, BPOcom, (Moscow, Russia), member of the global advisory committees of the Larta Institute, Los Angeles, California & the venture capital arm of Softline Group, Moscow. In 2008 he completed a senior advisory project for the Russian Venture Company, the Russian Government's $1 billion fund-of-funds, Moscow.
Thomas headed the BpoCom's board of directors as a chairman since 2009, joining the company as a co-founder. Thomas is taking active role in strategic planning of the company's activities, developing of its current and new business services, marketing, as well as in developing of relationship with existing and potential clients.
