Julia Filatova graduated from Finnish-Russian school and received her University degree in Management from Saint Petersburg University of Humanities. Julia started her career in travel business where she got solid managerial experience holding different senior executive positions. In 2005 Julia joined Avenir Saint-Petersburg as Head of Sales and Marketing and in 2006 she was promoted to a General Director position.
In 2009 Julia joined BpoCom as co-founder and heads the company's office in St. Petersburg – BpoCom Saint-Petersburg – as a General Director, responsible for business development, developing of relationship with existing and potential clients, marketing, operational management, control on services quality and customers satisfaction, financial planning and control, HR development and management.
Julia has several professional publications on different issues related to HR strategies. Julia is fluent in English and has a working command of Finnish.
