Elena received her university degree in Economics from Krasnoyarsk State University in 1993. She started her professional career as a Chief Accountant the same year at the organization, specialized in project works for coal-mining industry. Elena obtained her management experience working as a head of accounting department of “Komsomolskaya pravda”, the largest publishing house in the city. Elena joined Avenir in 2004 and worked as a Chief Accountant until 2007 when was promoted to the position of Deputy General Director for Financial matters. Elena has the Professional Auditor Certificate.
Elena joined BpoCom in 2008 as co-founder and as a Partner-in-charge is responsible for Russian statutory accounting, payroll processing, audit, as well as for financial planning and tax consulting services.
